Because all our Paint-by-Number Kits are made to order, we operate under a strict but fair return & refund policy. Please read the information below carefully.

1. No Returns on Made-to-Order Products

All our products are custom-made upon purchase.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong design

  • preference issues

  • buying by mistake

Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be cancelled or returned.

2. When Returns or Refunds ARE Accepted

We only accept returns, replacements or refunds in the following cases:

✔ Damaged or defective product

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or unusable.

✔ Missing materials in the kit

If any essential parts of the kit are missing.

✔ Wrong item received

If we send an incorrect product or size.

In these rare cases, you are fully protected.

3. Proof of Damage

To process your replacement or refund quickly, we require:

  • clear photos of the damage or defect

  • or video showing the issue

  • and the order number

This proof allows us to report the issue to our production partners and send you a fast solution.

4. Refund or Replacement Options

Depending on the situation, you may choose between:

✔ Replacement Product

We send a brand-new kit at no cost.

✔ Full Refund

A full refund is issued immediately if the product is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • lost in transit

  • never delivered

  • or if a mistake was made on our side

There is no need to send the damaged or wrong product back unless instructed otherwise.

5. Worldwide Coverage

Our guarantee applies to all customers worldwide.
No matter where you live, if something goes wrong, we will fix it.

6. How to Submit a Claim

If you experience any problem with your order:
